Good, good times.
I had THE BEST day today. I went to the beach with 3 of the most awesome girls in the world. Christianne, Christine & Lauranne – big shout out to you guys. I praise God so much for you girls. What phenomenal friends he’s blessed me with.
I’ll now explain the title of this post:
1. Melted Kit Kat:
We bought a few snacks for our beach rendezvous, including a delicious block of Kit Kat. It melted during the day. It was so hot that you could’ve used it as a hot compress (slight exaggeration). Anyway, now it’s hard again and “deliciously ugly” as Lisa Hong would describe a lot of the things she makes.
2. Sand burns:
The weather was more than we could ever ask for – perfect. Not scorcher, but just right. The waves were not as welcoming though. The water was FREEZING and the waves were rough. Christianne and I tried to swim with a wave and we got rag-dolled around giving us stinging sand burns on our knees. Yeouch.
3. Unwanted tan:
Christianne specifically wanted to get a tan today. Lauranne and I didn’t mind either way. Christine embraces fair skin and she didn’t want a tan. Yeh, she was the only one that got a noticeable tan.
All in all, it was a GREAT day. I might put up some photos soon.

What is your room like: Its got lots of photos/snippets/posters/drawings that have accumulated over the years. On Sunday it’s usually clean and by Friday BAM it’s ground zero.

Believe in love at first sight: Hmm.. I don’t know if it’s something i “believe in” per say (“JUST ANSWER THE QUESTION!”, I can hear you all say). But I do think it does happen.

Have you ever crawled through a window: Yes. Mae & I lost the house keys once and we took the window apart, crawled through and left no evidence.

How many people can you say you’ve really loved: Give or take 6 BILLLIONNNN (I’m really liking the numbers in the billion range nowadays)
Do you eat healthy: I try. But do enjoy the whipped cream on my frappucinos. If I had it my way, I’d just get the whole drink as cream and caramel on top. Straight to the thighs.

Are you loud or quiet most of the time: Loud
Are you confident: it depends on what the scenario is but generally yes.
Are you controlling: Yes, I consider myself a little bit of a control freak. I prefer to do it all by myself.

1. Ten years ago!! Woah I would’ve been 9 then. I probably was playing with my Barbie & cutting her hair… and then regretting it.
2. Playing with my neighbours. Now I never see them and when I do it’s SO awkward.
3. I might have got my pen license… 9 years old is so long ago
4. Stayed at my Oma & Opa’s a lot.
5. I’m pretty sure I played a sheep in my school play. It was called, “We like sheep” – no kidding.

I went to see Newton Faulkner tonight and it was seriously INCREDIBLE. I mean I thought I was a fan, but now I’m like a BIG fan… (yes, there is quite a major distinction between the two)
He is such a mind-blowingly great guitarist and artist.
Two thumbs up on the sense of humour too. I won’t try to explain all the funny things he said because that would be quite an anti-climax. You had to be there.
His encore finished the night with a cherry on top singing Bohemian Rhapsody. It was good fun
If I were to push it, I would say it was Faulkin’ awesome. But I won’t..
Oh yes, and “Old Man River” – the supporting act was pretty cool as well. Especially their song, “Sunshine”
