I use to always say to my mum, “Why are asian guys so ugly? I’m definitely marrying a white guy!”
This was mostly because I didn’t know a lot of asian guys in my high school years and the ones I did know were asian nerds from Brisbane boys’ grammar. So when I was in high school I had this phase where I didn’t find any asian guys attractive.
I grew out of this phase when I met Aaron Kwok in Malaysia… in a watch shop- it was a poster of him…
He’s modelling for Longines watches.
I just googled him today and it turns out the only thing I have in common with him is that we’re the same weight… yes it’s quite sad… he can’t “sweep me off my feet” cos he’d topple over.
I also found out that he was born in 1965, which means he’s old enough to be my father, 25 years older.
Let me down Aaron Kwok.
